Pinoy Big Brother Season 2’s not only technical; it’s about emotion. And from Wendy’s abrupt eviction last night, tonight’s nomination is guaranteed to be on the same page as well. Bruce may be affected by Wendy’s departure, but after all that’s been said and done (Bruce even mentioned “Someday” when asked by Geraldine about their relationship), someone has to be nominated as well. But little did anyone know that tonight’s nomination would turn out to be one of the most surprising ever.

Mickey was tasked to help Gee-Ann out, and despite gaining 5.8 pounds, the two housemates’s efforts did not go unnoticed, as she escaped nomination, with Kuya citing that her weight gain being due to an hormonal imbalance. And against general expectations, only two housemates were nominated tonight.

After being in the nominations list for quite some time, Dionne found no respite tonight; as she was the first to be declared nominated. The housemates reasoned out that she seemed to distance herself from the others, and the twelve votes against her proved this more than ever. “Gusto ko magpasalamat sa opportunity na to,” she told tonight's host, Bianca. She also appealed to her Visayan supporters and the Augustinian recollects for help.

But surprisingly, Nel received six votes from his fellow housemates, with them citing that he was recently insensitive to the others, particularly with food. But in true Nel fashion, he voiced out his appeal:“All my friends all over the world, from Italy to Bacolod, thanks for your support.” Nel’s words were few in relation to Dionne’s, but he still kept his humorous self intact. Hmm, Italy… voicing out to a special someone, perhaps?
